2. Payment & Licensing

One-time payment via Stripe. All sales are final after delivery (digital goods). License is non-exclusive, non-transferable. You may use for internal purposes; no commercial redistribution.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (copy, PDFs, videos) is owned by The Thrive Clan. You get limited rights for use; no ownership transfer.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide info "as is"; no warranties. Liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

5. Governing Law
